Leadership
Meet Our Founders
Jamie and Simon met in Bogota, whilst working within International Education.Â
They had a vision to add value to educational organisations looking to engage and increase student enrolments from Latin America by providing in-country presence.
Simon has over 25 years of experience working in the international higher education field.
He has worked in senior roles in both the public and private sector as well as establishing a well known student recruitment agency in Colombia. Simon lived in Latin America for over 12 years.
Simon is a Dad to two girls and loves playing sport (most of it badly) in his spare time.

Jamie has lived in Colombia for over 10 years and has extensive experience working in higher education representing and supporting institutions in Latin America from across the globe.
From his experience working in the region Jamie has a wide network of contacts throughout the Latin America.

TEAM MEMBERS
Juliana has worked for 7 years in higher education, 5 of them in internationalisation, university partnerships and mobility.
Juliana graduated with a degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Human Development.

Scarlet holds a degree in International Business Studies from Bournemouth University and has 4 years of experience working with UK universities, focusing on progression and enrolment activities.Â
Scarlet comes with a wealth of customer service skills and strong experience of working in an international environment. She enjoys helping others to make a positive difference, building rapport and trust quickly.

Paula has a degree in Finance and International Trade and over 10 years experience working in client relationship management, with extensive experience managing large accounts.
Paula has experience managing a large Canadian higher education in Latin America and is also responsible for managing projects.

Camila has 7 years experience working in international education with a focus on the United Kingdom.Â
Camila has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Logistics with complimentary studies in Digital Marketing, Coaching and Leadership.

Thays has over 10 years of experience working with sales, customers and partnerships within the international education field. Her passion for this area comes from her personal experience of studying abroad, which profoundly impacted her life and worldview.
Thays has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing. She also speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Angélica has over 5 years of experience in the International Education sector. She has worked at prestigious higher education institutions in the international mobility, international cooperation, and admissions departments.
Angélica has a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs and is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
Angélica Rojas
Account Manager
Vitor has over 5 years experience within the International Education sector where he most recently worked for a well known Canadian Institution. He also has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
As a previous exchange student who lived abroad for almost 2 years, Vitor knows firsthand about the journey of an international student.
Vitor Moraes

Rafael is an experienced professional in education and international business. After starting in international commerce, he moved into teaching and has spent the last 10 years representing UK, Spanish, and Canadian institutions in international education recruitment.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in International Business and works in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Maria has over 7 year’s experience working in the education sector, with a focus on International Student Recruitment. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Education (MA) and has experience working with various institutions including a cultural exchange organisation, a university, an educational pathway provider, and an EdTech company.
MarÃa Elisa RodrÃguez Cardozo
Account Manager
Juan has over 12 years work experience, including seven years in international education in Latin America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising along with complementary marketing studies in Australia.

Julian is a committed and enthusiastic professional, holds a degree in International Business and has experience working for a well-known Higher Education Institution in international enrolment support and admissions.

Marcela has been working for six years within the education sector and has most recently worked as a Recruitment Operations Officer at a well-known Australian University. She has a degree in education and certifications in TESOL, International Baccalaureate (MYP), and Model United Nations Diplomacy.

Daniela has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication and Journalism, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing. She has two year’s experience in the education sector, where she worked in the marketing, enrolment support, and admissions departments at a well-known Australian university.

VinÃcius has been working within the higher education industry for six years. He has experience in student counseling, supporting sales consultants with student profile analysis, assisting in student application processes, and conducting higher education training.

Carmen is a Business Administration professional with over fifteen years’ experience providing support and coordination for international education businesses in Colombia. Her roles have been focused on administrative and logistical management.
